How long are products guaranteed for?
As per our terms and conditions of sale, the warranty is valid for one year. All treatments that do not work will be refunded. Rest assured, our products have a 100% success rate.
I need an invoice for my company, how can I get one?
No problem, just enter the name of your company when you pay. We will send you a paper invoice with your delivery, and an electronic copy will be sent to you by email.
Where can you find user instructions?
User instructions will be sent with your delivery and are also available on the product page of our website.
How do I get a refund?
You can get a refund under the following conditions:
- A StopVarroa® proof of purchase with your order number.
- Photographs showing that varroa mites have not been 100% eradicated.
Please also take the following points into consideration:
- Refunds are made to the method of payment used for your initial purchase.
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing and within the warranty time frame from the date of purchase.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery by DPD is 48 hours from shipping. We normally ship your order on the same day or the day after at the latest. You can also choose 24 hour delivery by DHL.
